Layering: Aurora, Holo Fuchsia & Bedazzled!

Hello Hello! Today I have for you guys an awesome layering combo with some of my new polishes! I listed the polishes in order of use and then also a matte version. Hope you like it oh also you might want to click on the photos to enlarge them to get a better look!

Double Lightning Bolt

Hello everyone! Today's post features another attempt at a tape mani. This time I did the actual double lightning bolt and then just like Jane I also did a matte version. I think it came out pretty good, although I think I need some work on the placement of the tape but other than that I really like the way it came out.

Yodel with Gold Glitter

Building on yesterdays post and how I mentioned Yodel would look good with gold I decided to add my favorite gold glitter top coat. I hadn't used this top coat in a while but I'm already down to half a bottle and need to get another one soon which is kind of a bummer seeing how Sephora went up on the price of their polish to $9.50. Anyway I also did a matte version that I think I like more.

NYC Layering

For todays post I have for you 2 NYC polishes that I layered or sandwiched. I started off with a coat of Empire State Blue then Purple Pizzazz Frost and then another thin layer of Empire State Blue and finished off with top coat.

Layering: Sapphire in the Snow

Today I have Sapphire in the Snow layered with Cream Pearl then with a matte polish. I had the hardest time trying to capture what Cream Pearl really looked like it. Its a sheer pearl-ish polish with teal-ish blue and fuchsia micro glitter. My camera wouldn't capture the fuchsia glitter at all but its there also you might have to click the pics to get a better look at the micro glitter.

DS Coronation

I got a few new nail polishes this weekend! I got three China Glaze polishes in Fairy Dust, For Audrey, and Matte Magic top coat. Lastly I finally bought a polish from the OPI Designer Series, which is the color I'm featuring in this post.

Matte Nail Polish

I decided to try out matte nail polish so a couple of weeks back I ordered Avon's matte nail polish in Gray Cement. I had read in other blogs that matte nail polish doesn't last long and even the review on Avon's site mentioned it but still I wanted to try it out. It came in last week and people did not lie it really doesn't last long at all I'd say 2 days tops and that's with touch ups.
