NYC Layering

For todays post I have for you 2 NYC polishes that I layered or sandwiched. I started off with a coat of Empire State Blue then Purple Pizzazz Frost and then another thin layer of Empire State Blue and finished off with top coat.

What I used:

- NYC Empire State Blue (140)

- NYC Purple Pizzazz Frost (133)

- Out the Door top coat

- China Glaze Matte Magic top coat

In the bottle pic of Empire State Blue you can see the teal-ish green shimmer more than on my nail pics. My camera wouldn't quite capture it on my nails but it was definitely there in person. 

Now for the pics with the matte top coat....I'm not sure which I liked better....
