Strawberry Patch

I did my cousin Janie's nails again! I think we are starting to make this a weekly tradition where we get together and I do her nails while we chat up and gossip. This time around we settled on a strawberry mani, I had seen on some random nail blog where someone had done small little strawberries instead of the whole nail being a strawberry, so that's where I got the inspiration to do this mani. The stems however are black not green because I went over to her house and only had a few of my polishes on me but I don't think it's that big of a difference.

Bluebell & Walter Mani

It's no surprise that I love my cats Bluebell and Walter, they are just so precious to me. So I decided to do a cat mani after them, Bluebell's really more brown in the face than cream but I don't own a brown polish so I just went with that.

Snakeskin

The other day a friend sent me a link showing a new style of manicure using actual snakeskin which was pretty cool so it inspired me to do another snakeskin mani for myself but this time using summery colors.

Pink & Orange Geometric

I did my cousin Janie's nails again! This time we went with a geometric pattern. For her mani I used a new nail polish (Osaka-to-Me Orange) my friend Vanessa gave me! She also gave me two other OPI polishes Russian to a Party and a dusty rose/mauve shimmer polish that was missing its label. :(

Layering: Sapphire in the Snow

Today I have Sapphire in the Snow layered with Cream Pearl then with a matte polish. I had the hardest time trying to capture what Cream Pearl really looked like it. Its a sheer pearl-ish polish with teal-ish blue and fuchsia micro glitter. My camera wouldn't capture the fuchsia glitter at all but its there also you might have to click the pics to get a better look at the micro glitter.

Don't Eat the Daisies

I know these flowers aren't technically the shape of actual daisies but it's close enough, I mean they are white and yellow! Anyway this is also the first time I used Fiercely Fabulous (base color) and I kind of wish I had it in a full size bottle instead of just the mini because it's a really pretty reddish orange.

Sassy Leopard Print

Today's post is a manicure I did on my cousin Janie this past Friday while hanging out at my brothers. There's a couple of mishaps on the index and pinky fingers because my brother made me laugh and my hand slipped but other than that her nails look pretty damn good! I really like the color combo of the these two polishes together it's so shimmery and sparkly. I'll have to show you Pink Sapphire on its own because it's a beautiful color and one of my favs.

Purple Rain

This is the other nail polish I have by Malibu Girl called Purple Rain (69). I'm not really sure why it's called Purple Rain as it isn't really very purple-y it's more fuchsia but it's still a nice color none the less.

Iridescent

Todays post is Iridescent (11) from Malibu Girl. I absolutely love this color, I've had it for a few years now and always forget how much I love this color until its on my nails. I wore it for like a week which is why on some of the pics you can see the tips of my nails because it started to wear down. The only down side to this polish is that its not very opaque I had to do 4 coats to get it to the color in the bottle. So like I said I love this color so I posed a lot of pics of it!
