Purple Awesome-ness!!

Hello! Today I have for you all layered purple awesome-ness!!!! I had to adjust the color saturation to get the color of the polish right so thats why my skin color looks off, I hate that sometimes purple polishes come out looking blue when you photograph them...oh well. Anyway for this layering combo I started of with OPI INK. then a layer of Purple-xing then finally two coats of Motley. It is so much more awesome than the pictures look because the glitter form Purple-xing sparkles and you get the color shift form the flakes in Motley.

Pink Glitter Sandwich

Hello Everyone! For  today is have a super awesome sandwich combo. I first did this on my toes for New Years because I wanted something pink and sparkly...any way I loved it so much I just had to do it on my nails. This is rare for me because I don't like to have matching nails and toenails also I usually only paint my toenails like 1-2 times a month.

Snow Angel Layering

Hello everyone! Today I have Snow Angel layered over Emerald City. Snow Angel is by this random to me brand BT that stands for Beauty Treats. This polish was kind of hard to capture and my pictures don't do this polish justice. It's an iridescent glitter polish that flashes gold, green and blue. Anyway hope you like it was very Christmas-y over Emerald City.

Blood Red Nails

Hello again! This post is on how I decided to do my nails for Halloween. Since I was going to have my face all done up I really didn't want to have anything to distracting on my nails plus I thought it would clash with my costume if I had on some kind of design. Anyway, I settled on red nails but didn't want them to be bright red nails so I layered two KleanColor polishes and the result was this beautiful blood red looking color. I'll have to do swatches of these colors individually soon because they are both really pretty.

Midnight Pumpkin Patch

Hello everyone! Just a quick reminder that today is the last day to sign up for my giveaway so if you haven't you need to get on that! Today on PaA the theme was Blue or Blue on Blue. I didn't just want to do a blue mani and really wanted to start doing some halloween themed manis so I used the blues as the base for my mani.

Yodel with Gold Glitter

Building on yesterdays post and how I mentioned Yodel would look good with gold I decided to add my favorite gold glitter top coat. I hadn't used this top coat in a while but I'm already down to half a bottle and need to get another one soon which is kind of a bummer seeing how Sephora went up on the price of their polish to $9.50. Anyway I also did a matte version that I think I like more.

NYC Layering

For todays post I have for you 2 NYC polishes that I layered or sandwiched. I started off with a coat of Empire State Blue then Purple Pizzazz Frost and then another thin layer of Empire State Blue and finished off with top coat.

Layering: Sapphire in the Snow

Today I have Sapphire in the Snow layered with Cream Pearl then with a matte polish. I had the hardest time trying to capture what Cream Pearl really looked like it. Its a sheer pearl-ish polish with teal-ish blue and fuchsia micro glitter. My camera wouldn't capture the fuchsia glitter at all but its there also you might have to click the pics to get a better look at the micro glitter.

Layering: Yodel Me On MY Cell and Simmer & Shimmer

This past weekend my mom and I went to the JcPenny Salon to get some shampoo because they had them on sale, and while we were there I also got two nail polishes and of course some new shampoo Y Serum which I'm real excited about because the lady really recommended it! Anyway back to the nail polish I got Yodel Me On MY Cell and Simmer & Shimmer.

Gold Digger

Loved the way this mani turned out! I want to do a silver disco ball version of this mani next! The gold holographic glitter on the tips really made this mani! You might have to click on the pics to enlarge them and get a better look at the glitter tips to really see that its holographic.
